By accessing or using SASDA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About SASDA

SASDA (SA Skills Development Assistant) is an online learning platform that provides structured courses in English, Mathematics, Academic Writing, Research Methods, Statistics, and Study Skills. It is designed to help students prepare for university study through AI-assisted learning.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is open to any individual aged 13 or older. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the sign-in method you choose (Google or Telegram).

4. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, AI responses, assessments, and platform design are owned by SASDA or its content providers. You may use the content for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

SASDA uses AI to generate course content, feedback, explanations, and learning materials. All primary course content is authored and quality-reviewed in English. AI responses are for educational support only and may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

8. Khmer Language Translation

Khmer (ភាសាខ្មែរ) translations of course content are provided for informational purposes only. They are generated by AI from the authoritative English source and have not been independently reviewed by a professional translator.

In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the English and Khmer versions of any content, the English version shall prevail. SASDA does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Khmer translations for any purpose beyond general understanding. Learners who require precise or legally significant information should refer to the English text.

If you notice an error in a Khmer translation, you may flag it using the flag button (🚩) on the relevant lesson. Flagged translations are reviewed by our content team and corrected where possible.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend the Platform without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SASDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or learning progress.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide the service (your name, email or Telegram ID, and learning progress) and do not sell your data to any third party.
